Travel Cubed is a platform designed for the Travel Industry. From suppliers who provide actual services, to Packagers who build single and multi product programs for clients to experience to Resellers who deliver the tour packages to the general public through many aveues of sale, all aspects of this supply chain can be loaded, managed and analyized through Trave Cubed.
Travel Cubed offers comprehensive services for any participant in the Travel Industry or allows them to pick and choose just those services they would like to use. The content of this group is related to the overview information of TravelCubed and subgroups related to the various modules which make up the travel cubed system. To begin using Travel Cubed you click through to the registration page and fill out the information. It is a good idea to choose supplier, packager, and reseller as your roles so you can utilize the entire system. Please use an administrator email address which can be managed by you on a long-term basis. This will be your main email contact address. Once you gave submitted your registration, we will review it and approve it which will automatically send you a username and password to login into the system here - login
The Suppliers module is for those who actually provide the services which are to be created as products and which the end user client will use, such as accommodation, a sight seeing tour, entrance to an attraction, a seat on an airplane or train and many other tourism related products. The process for setting yourself up as a supplier requires making some choices and entries regarding your general operating rules, creating your product in Travel Cubed and presenting it for sale to packaging partners or yourself as a packager. This module is powerful and can be simple or sophisticated depending upon how much you wish to utilize is great selection of features.
As a packager, you can contact and contract with a variety of suppliers including yourself and build single or multi product packages. These can be the entrance to an attraction right up to a 21 day or more fully inclusive tour package with accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, activities attractions and more, all bundled into the package. Once you have created your packages you can create and manage selling channels to retail resellers and determine which reseller will be able to sell which package, at what commission and under which circumstances. You will have complete control over this process and many rich features of the system such as creating marketing programs with vouchers, specials, capturing important client date and much more.
PACKAGER MODULE
Resellers are able to contact and contract with as many packagers as they wish including themselves and sell contracted packages to the general public on their own web site, on a mobile device for point of sale and in any other web-based manner they wish. All activities are tracked, and complete reports may be generated regarding sales, commissions, reconciliations, and many other topics. By using a provided link for each package the reseller can present any client with options regarding the travel option of their choice.
Two of the key features in travel cubed are the ability to drop a link into a web page for each specific package a reseller wishes to sell and the ease by which you can use your payment partners services to integrate real time payment with them in the system. The payment option through Moneris, Versa pay, Bean stream or others is just a matter of using your existing credentials for payments – or if you do not currently have an account, we can connect you with a payment partner advisor to quickly set up your online payment accounts or you can use our inhouse payment partner account for your sales.
The ability to drop a package URL from your packages list into an iframe and sell right away is just a matter of copy and paste.
If you are a supplier and just want to get a product onto your own web site and start selling, we have a quick start process which will get you up in running in 10 to 15 minutes. You simply fill in a few administrations options, drop in your product description, price, inventory option, contract through to yourself as a reseller and copy and paste the link onto your web site and you are ready to go.
To login, you just go to the production or demo site login page, once you have registered and received your credentials, and enter your suer name and password, login and you are ready to go. You will notice that the top tool bar which contains the links to the supplier, packager and reseller modules are different colours for the production and demo system. The production system has a blue top menu, and the demo system has a green top menu. The demo system is for you to practice and explore the system. You cannot damage or hurt anything, so you try anything you lie and learn the system without fear of making mistakes.
